Choosing forgiveness and letting go teaches a far more impactful lesson than seeking revenge and punishment, demonstrating the power of compassion and understanding. - Feelasoulphy

I often go into nature to observe and learn. I immerse myself in the sounds of the wind rustling through the trees, the melodious chirping of birds, and the rhythmic flow of a nearby stream. It's a symphony that teaches me about the interconnectedness of all living things. We can practice the same thing when we go into a conversation with someone where we expect to listen and learn rather than to tell and teach. By adopting the mindset of genuine curiosity, open-mindedness, and humility, you create an environment that allows you to absorb new perspectives and expand your knowledge. You become receptive to different ideas and insights, recognizing that everyone has a unique experience and valuable insights to offer. This not only will contribute a consistent growth in every aspect of your life but also build many strong and genuine relationships with others. If we pay closer attention to nature/someone by listening and observing her we’d then learn more about nature/that person and build a closer bond with her. - Feelasoulphy Message from the model in this picutre: My life is no different from playing a puzzle game. Every step I take, every decision I make, each piece of the puzzle falls into place, forming a beautiful tapestry of my existence. There’s not one piece is too small or insignificant because without it the puzzle is incomplete. Every piece holds a clue, a lesson, or a precious memory which always leads to the discovery of another. It’s all connected! Therefore, I do not hold on to the regretful past; instead, I am grateful with having that “terrible” piece in my life because it’s helping me fulfill the bigger picture. Each piece, no matter how challenging or unexpected, adds depth and meaning to my journey. Additionally, I am a small but significant piece of a grander picture in the universe. My presence brings a unique perspective and purpose to the world, influencing and impacting those around me. Together, we intertwine and interact, creating a tapestry of moments, experiences, and relationships that form the intricate design of existence. Everything is connected! So keep playing and enjoying the game of life! Embrace the uncertainty, learn from the obstacles, and find joy in the process of solving each piece, for it is in these moments that I truly feel alive. - Feelasoulphy A friend of mine told me a story the other day. His dear friend had gotten terminal cancer and passed away. One important lesson she taught my friend was that for the entire time she had the illness she did not suffer mentally. She was able to keep her spirit high. The secret was, instead of continuing to ask the question of “Why me?” she accepted the “what is” and answered with “Why not me?”. Although they both seem to be questions there are significant differences in the two where I have demonstrated here. In the last three years of her life, she was able to enjoy every moment of it and it was probably the best three years of her entire life. I always believe there’s a reason for everything. The fact that my friend told me about the story and now that I’m sharing it with you is because she left an important lesson for all of us to learn, especially the ones that are reading this post. I’m grateful for her valuable contribution and legacy to the world. Why Me vs. Why Not Me “Why Me” is a forever unanswered question that brings us endless suffering. “Why Not Me” is a simple answer to many of our complicated questions that leads us to clarity and the relief of misery. “Why Me” represents the unknown which often involves fear. “Why Not Me” is absolute certainty that only gives you sheer confidence. “Why Me” is persistence which will be met with continued resistance. “Why Not Me” is total acceptance accompanied by faith that results in seamless flow. “Why Me” is not only selfish but also cowardly because we wish it happened to someone else other than us. “Why Not Me” is selfless and brave that fully engages the challenges head on and bears all responsibilities. Therefore, “Why Me” is the source of suffering whereas “Why Not Me” is the source of peace and joy. - Feelasoulphy Seeker: Where do I find love, peace, and happiness…?
Universe: Where are they felt? Seeker: Hmm…inside? Universe: Why are you looking on the outside? 100% of our experiences and feelings, such as love, peace, and happiness, are felt from within, yet we are always trying to obtain them from without. We must first begin seeking in the right place. If you find them externally, you are only on a borrowed term because once what makes you happy departs, there also goes your love, peace, and happiness. So, own them yourself by finding them internally. It’s actually a lot easier than you think because you already have them. When you find and own plenty of them, you can then share them with others who will be drawn to you because you have what everyone is looking for. But remember, do not make anyone depend on you for the sake of controlling them. You must either find those who already have these qualities themselves or help them find their own, or else they will leech on you and suck the life out of you. Not only should you look in the right place, but also seek the right things. If you seek, you shall find. Be careful what you are looking for. Hate, fear, sadness, pain, etc., reside in the same place as the others. Where you put your attention is what you will experience and manifest into reality. To avoid finding things you don’t want, you must organize and clean up the space you live in. This is where deep healing comes in, which will declutter and help you find things much easier. If you run into any bad memories and negative emotions along the way, don’t freak out. Use them as your guides to trace back to the source of these emotions. Lincoln once said, “Destroy your enemies by making them your friends.” If you perceive them as your enemies, then they will make your life miserable, but if you make them your friends, they will become the best tools you have for finding love, peace, and happiness. - Feelasoulphy Often, we perceive our anger and frustration as being triggered by external factors or the actions of others. However, it is crucial to recognize that these challenging emotions can also stem from within us, frequently rooted in unresolved trauma. By acknowledging and addressing these inner wounds, we can begin to understand the true origins of our distress, fostering a path towards healing and emotional resilience. - Feelasoulphy Your passion is HOW you feel about something, but your purpose is the WHY and WHAT you are going to do with it. Uncover your life purpose through the clues of your passion and your obsession. - Feelasoulphy We tend to think a lot about what we are going to do and not enough about what we are not going to do. - Feelasoulphy Your intention directs your attention which helps you accomplish your mission. But to set the right intention you must know your life mission. - Feelasoulphy Jealousy is when you see someone else’s success as your own failure. Jealousy is never about others; it’s only you wanting something that others have due to your own sense of failure and insecurity. Do not blame, punish, or wish failure on others’ achievements in exchange for your own illusion of success; this can only cause both to fail. By elevating others you will gain the chance to succeed together; perceive it as an opportunity to learn and improve yourself. - Feelasoulphy |
