 What makes sense doesn’t mean it is the truth. Not all truth makes sense at the moment. What is true to you today does not mean it will be true to you tomorrow. Telling the truth may be hard but carrying the lies is excruciating. Truth might not seem to be truth and lies tend to pretend to be truth. Lies can never become real truth even they are told a million times. No one knows the ultimate truth besides God who is the creator of truth. - Feelasoulphy  The process of creation in the “physical” realm: Attentions, Imaginations, Emotions, intentions, motivations, and expressions are the essential elements of life in motion. Notice how many of them are actually originated and manifested in the material world. - Feelasoulphy  Once your heart is open you will receive the truth and wisdoms of God/Universe. You will no longer be bounded by the limits of the ego. - Feelasoulphy  Everything happens for a good reason. Everyone in your life is meant to teach you something. Every situation can be a good lesson learned. - Feelasoulphy  Judging someone is like looking at a photo. The glimpse of our vision is extremely limited that we depend on our mind to do the rest. However, the mind will speculate and fabricate stories but it will never be able to perceive the complete truth. - Feelasoulphy  Stop saying “You make me feel this way!” and start taking responsibility of your own feelings. How you feel is the direct results of your personal experiences from the past to the present. What others say or do is their own inner experiences that they have carried outward or projected onto you. It has little to do with you. By blaming others make you feel certain way you are giving your power away and allowing them to control and manipulate you. If they control your emotions they control you. However, no one can make you feel any way you don’t want to and only you can make yourself feel that way. You manufacture 100% of your feelings, thus, you often have a choice as to how you want to feel. You can have more control over your feelings than you think. Otherwise, you need to get to know yourself a lot better by paying more attention to your feelings and emotions. When you learned how to take responsibility of these feelings you will know why you should never make others feel the same. Imagine what the world would be like if we all take responsibilities for our own feelings? - Feelasoulphy  Recognition is for the ego. Realization is for the soul. - FeelaSoulphy  If you are truly heart broken, I congratulate you that you have finally arrived at the deepest part of your heart all the way from...your head... A wise friend once told me that our life journey is merely the distance from our head to our heart, a whopping 16 inch long! I believe that we spend our entire life traveling back and forth between our head and our heart. We have all been to the heart but it took some of us a traumatic event to go straight to the heart instantly which is a blessing in the sky. When we hit rock bottom and broke down that’s when we can no longer live with all the lies we have been telling ourselves and we finally arrived at the heart. This is a place without ego and only truth exists. When we cry, we cry out of our heart and not our head because we feel it directly from the heart. Sadness is bad if we only focus on the negative emotions that it brings to us. When we turn sadness into compassion we are then acting upon the power of love. Next time when you feel the pain in your heart again remember that you have arrived at the heart and a positive change in your life is in the making. Take this precious opportunity to reflect on things and see what you can do now to improve your life! It’ll always be your choice to stay here or return to your head. - FeelaSoulphy  Always pay close attention to the advice that’s given by a terminally ill person.
