The Ego is not your Amigo... i try and avoid the Ego at every chance i get.
I don't like conflict i shut down and become silent, you could say i fear it... this is my one battle i am circling around and afraid to grab by the horns and overcome.. because i have this false fear that things will change and i am comfortable on how things are now. and this does feel detrimental to me, but i don't mind. i have enough and i am just buying my time.

Well, ego is a hard one to get a handle of for sure, but we certainly can! The goal is not to get rid of it because we can't. The goal is to make friends with it and accept it for what it is and use it to improve ourselves. It has its purpose in our life. One big one is for survival! Conflict is another subject and I don't remember if I have written anything yet on this blog. I think I have. I need to make the site searchable and easier to find info. haha I did do a Twitch stream on it though. You can find it on Tiff's twitch channel. I went in depth on Conflicts. I think you def should check it out. Just like mistakes we should welcome conflicts! They teach us so many things in life. It's another way to learn!
